The tournament was held in the Netherlands Defence College (Instituut Defensie Leergangen) in Rijswijk (ZH). The opening of the tournament was held in the City Hall of The Hague. The tournament was opened by alderman and deputy mayor Ries Smits. At the Wednesday program, the participants visited the Peace Palace in The Hague.
